Mother's Day

An official mother's day with presents picked out specifically for me by Avery.  My favorite beyond a doubt is my new kite, Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day with just enough wind to test out our kite.  Avery and I flew that kite high, high, high in the sky.  I honestly don't remember ever in my life actually getting a kite to fly so it was pretty exciting plus the look on Avery face of pure happiness was what really made the day special.  She also picked out seeds for our garden - we'll have to see how the cantaloupe grows.  And I have a new perfume Avery said, "it had a pretty lady on the box so it should smell good."
